1 Samuel 1:9-28
Hannah’s circumstances help us see how a person of faith can manage life’s problems. None of us are perfect—and neither was Hannah. Her faithfulness and dependence upon God shines through, and ours can too.
This passage teaches us the power of prayer, but it also teaches us to avoid making “deals” with God because we might promise something that we won’t be able to full, or won’t want to fulfill.
Our focus today is on how we can be people who honor and glorify the LORD regardless of the problems in our lives.
